A digital twin is a precise, data-rich 3D replica of a physical asset — built from real-world capture data rather than design intent. Unlike BIM models that reflect what was planned, SkyGator's digital twins reflect what was actually built.

We combine aerial photogrammetry of the site exterior with ground-level 360° interior capture to create a unified model covering every surface — roof, facade, structural elements, interior spaces, and MEP systems — in a single navigable environment.

This hand-off document becomes the foundation for facility management, future renovations, insurance claims, and long-term asset monitoring — remaining useful for the life of the building.

Pre-Construction Baseline

Aerial photogrammetry of the site establishes existing conditions — topography, utilities, neighboring structures — before a single shovel turns.

Foundation & Structural Phase

Aerial captures document grading, foundation pour, and structural framing. Volumetric reports verify earthwork quantities against plans.

MEP Rough-In Documentation

Ground-level 360° capture records all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations before drywall. This data becomes a permanent X-Ray reference layer in the digital twin.

Interior Build-Out Monitoring

Weekly walkthroughs document framing, insulation, drywall, finishes, and fixtures as construction advances. All sessions are time-stamped and archived.

Final Digital Twin Hand-Off

At project close, all captured data is compiled into the complete digital twin — handed off to the facility manager as a permanent, navigable record of the as-built asset.
